Under the Distance Selling Regulations,you the buyer have a period of 30 working days after the date of sale within which you can cancel the contract (often referred to as the cooling off period) and have your money back.We,the seller are permitted to require the BUYER TO PAY for the outgoing postage and incoming cost of returning the item unless proven to be a manufacturers fault after inspection. If you exceed 30 days then no return is possible!!

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF THE CAT HOUSE HAS BEEN USED, BECAUSE OF ANY INFECTION OR DISEASE IT MAY HAVE OR CONTRACTED AND PASS ONTO ANOTHER ANIMAL.
The buyer is required to take reasonable care of the item. If the seller finds that the buyer has not done this and the item is not returned in protective packaging,and in a unused condition,the seller will be able to enforce the legal right.The buyer will incur a 25% charge for any damage made to the item or inappropriate packaging. The full refund minus delivery postage will be made once the item has been checked and approved at our premises upon return.

Any overseas returns will only be accepted if the BUYER PAYS THE RETURN POSTAGE
