Refund / Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you the buyer have a period of 30 working days after the date of sale within which you can cancel the contract (often referred to as the cooling off period) and have your money back. We, the seller are permitted to require the BUYER TO PAY for the outgoing and returning postage cost, unless proven to be a manufacturers fault after inspection at our premises. If you exceed 30 days then, unfortunately no return is possible.
Please ensure secure packaging, any damage will incur 25% reduction to the refund.
If you decide to return then the buyer is responsible for the outgoing and returning postage charge.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF THE CAT HOUSE HAS BEEN USED, BECAUSE OF ANY INFECTION OR DISEASE IT MAY HAVE OR CONTRACTED AND PASS ONTO ANOTHER ANIMAL.
The buyer is legally required to take reasonable care of the item. If the seller finds that the buyer has not done this and the item is not returned in protective packaging, and in an unused condition, the seller will be able to enforce the legal right to partially refund the buyer. The buyer will incur a 25% charge for any damage made to the item or inappropriate packaging. This will be legally binding. The full refund minus delivery postage will be made once the item has been checked and approved at our premises upon return.
Any overseas returns will only be accepted if the BUYER PAYS THE RETURN POSTAGE
